Week of Sleek: Original & Tutorial

Here is my Original swatches, thoughts and picture tutorial :)

I seriously love these palettes. This one is awesome because of all the colour selection and the vibrancy of the colours. That purple.. TO DIE FOR!! They cause a bit of fallout but nothing that would deter me from buying them, it's more useful to do your eye makeup before face makeup for that exact reason.

The following is a tutorial using the Original palette and other products I have.
A lot of people are scared of using colour, especially blue, but you can make it look as tasteful or dramatic as you want. It can play up your eye colour as well.

 Prime those eyes!
 Eyebrow time
MAC Soft Brown (yes I know, it looks mental) and a Quo fluffy brush
Put all above your crease, this will be your transition colour
Blue from the Sleek iDivine Original on Sigma E56
 Pat onto lid
MAC Pigment in Spruced (from Christmas 2012 collection) on Sigma E56
Pat onto the centre of lid on top of the blue
Take more of MAC Spruced onto Sigma E21
 Put under lashline
Navy blue from Sleek iDivine Original on Urban Decay double ended brush
Put above crease, blend into the Soft Brown
MAC Crystal on a Coastal Scents small dome brush
Blend into inner corner of eye and a bit on the inner third of the lid
MAC Plumage on Sigma E36 (I LOVE THIS BRUSH)
Blend into crease and inner v, darken and add dimension
MAC Forgery (pathetic amount left..) on Coastal Scents small dome brush
Add a bit on top of the pigment and on top of Crystal, blend in well
MAC Shroom on Coastal Scents small dome brush
 Use under brows to highlight
Coastal Scents large fluffy brush to blend out any harsh edges and clean up look
 Black eyeliner and Sigma E17
Apply to lashline but NOT in waterline and blend
MAC Fascinating Eye Kohl onto lower waterline
Maybelline Eyestudio Gel Liner and Sigma E11
 Apply and make cat liner
Covergirl Clump Crusher (amazing mascara, I never buy expensive mascara)
 Apply accordingly
 TADA
 Doesn't look so scary, right?!
Really makes brown/hazel eyes pop, LOVE IT!
All I'm wearing on my skin is MAC Studio Fix Power Foundation because I'm lazy as fack

Hope this helped :) 2 more palettes to go.. Hopefully will have both up tomorrow in a combined post.
Let me know if you want to see more tutorials!

More Sleek goodness!! Here are the iDivine palettes in Oh So Special and Storm. Honestly, exact same review as the last one I would say. I am LOVING the Storm palette though, really great colours, especially that dark forest green.

Eyeshadows (no primer) ... they apparently have no names LOL! But are exactly swatched how they are in the palette

Here are some FOTD's I did with Oh So Special and Storm:
Oh So Special Palette and MAC Chatterbox l/s and MAC Blush in Hot Nights

Storm palette and MAC l/s in Fire Sign

Anyways, my two Sephora Pantone palettes came in, so  I'll review them next week. Maybe do a picture tutorial.
ALSO, so sad, but the All About Orange collection came out today at midnight. I woke up at 8am and most of everything I wanted was sold out!!! So I'm going to have to go in store next Thursday, bright and early, to pick up all the goodies I want.
I am also SO excited for the Ri Ri hearts MAC Summer Collection.. need Heaux lipstick!!

Three more Sleek palettes to go, so expect posts tomorrow, Saturday and Sunday :)

A Week of Sleek: Bad Girl

Hi everyone!

Finally doing a review of one of the new Sleek MakeUP iDivine palettes I got. I've decided to do a review of each palette I got every day this week, hence A WEEK OF SLEEK! This one is Bad Girl and I really like it. I'm really lacking good greys/silvers and blues in my collection... I have some but a girl can always have more right!

I do really like this palette. The colours show up pretty good, not all of them are true to pan (especially the dark blues/purples.. but I seem to always have this problem with these colours). They are very smooth and awesome quality for their price, I must say!! Must have for those who like cool tone smokey eyes.

Some pictures:

I used the little crappy eyeshadow "brush" they gave to put this on.. classic! Bit of fallout as you can see.
Colours are (from L to R, top row to bottom): Innocence, Gullible, Blade, Gun Metal, Underground, Noir, Intoxicated, Envy, Obnoxious, Abyss, Twilight and Rebel

And heres a quick FOTD I did with the palette:

Ugh I have so much new makeup to show you guys since I've last blogged... this is bad LOL collection problem! I'll do many more reviews and looks in these next few weeks..
